Vernon Company is working directly with Supra CEO, Scott Bailey, his Management Team and the Board of Directors to evaluate and address overall business and branding strategies, recommending best practices, and acting interim CMO.

These initiatives include but are not limited to:

-Review and give input on overall Sales Summit Presentation.

-Assist in the development of Global Annual Marketing/E-Commerce budgets.

-Participate in hiring of Executive Search and VP PR.

-Evaluate overall marketing structure, team, internal processes and develop organization chart for future.

-Review, recommend, hire PR agency.

-Develop short and long term goals with PR and internal processes to support.

-Support development of 2015 Marketing calendar based on existing assets and those to be developed.

-Help create program/plan for FSS.

-Lead development of Marketing programs for top retail partners.

-Review, assess, hire Digital Marketing agency of record.

-Lead deep assessment of all Digital Marketing, Digital campaigns, SEO, E-mail Marketing, Social Channels, processes and results.

-Assess and recommend E-Commerce team, opportunities, and processes.

-Sounding board to CEO on any business matter or opportunity presented.

-Collaborate with Chief Creative Officer/Co-founder to recommend best use of creative input for brand marketing.
