Vernon Company is working directly with Bailey 44 Co-Founder & CEO, Ruthy Grode, her team, and investor, Norwest Venture Partners to present and execute overall marketing and branding strategies and general business development. Key focus on facilitating strategic growth initiatives through brand identification and consumer marketing.

These initiatives include but are not limited to:

-Formulating market analysis of brand competition, including wholesale/retail points of distribution, marketing activities, branding tactics and product assortment.

-Evaluating and contracting first-rate Bi-Coastal Public Relations Agency to plan and execute product placement programs across all print and digital media. Leading strategy for above, supervising all editorial, celebrity, and influencer programs; measuring for effectiveness.

-Presenting and contracting Creative Branding Agency to design and develop first ever brands identity campaign, lookbooks, video, etc. Overseeing the entire project from conceptualization to dissemination to trade and consumer.

-Presenting and hiring Creative Professionals to do broad update and modernization of brand identity, including logo refresh and packaging.

-Presenting, evaluating, and contracting a leading Fashion Web Development & Design Firm to build consumer website, including developing blog and interactivity components; managing the process through to completion.

-Hiring and managing Social Media Professionals to set groundwork for future use of key tools of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

-Finding and hiring key Social Media Agency or Partner to develop and execute social media programs to drive brand awareness and drive consumers to Bailey44.com.

-Recommending structure, roles, and budget for future E-Commerce Business Division.

-Identifying and recommending Retail Store Design Firm to develop the first Bailey44 Brand Shop-in-Shops in leading Department/Specialty Stores.

-Developing a Content and Creative Development plan and schedule for all Creative.
